About Sarah

Sarah Paolino, LCSW

Sarah Paolino is a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist, with a B.A. in Psychology, a B.A. in Philosophy, and MSW. She has completed extensive training in Gestalt therapy, including an experiential and didactic two-year program, additional year in advanced training, and a specialized certification in Gestalt Couples Therapy.

Sarah’s background includes applying Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy in community mental health roles, including in-home family therapy and crisis intervention. Her work often involves addressing complex family dynamics and system issues. She also has a strong interest in transformative community conferencing and restorative justice practices, reflecting her commitment to addressing broader community and relational issues.

Additionally, Sarah’s professional interests include ecopsychology and community organizing, with a focus on the psychosocial impacts of environmental and social challenges. Sarah is accredited in meditation, Buddhist psychology, and dharma arts. She is trained in tarot and is a certified meditation guide.

In her personal life, Sarah enjoys writing, poetry, spending time outdoors, listening to music, and really good reality TV. She looks forward to bringing her unique blend of professional skills and personal warmth to your therapeutic journey.
